Jeanne Marie Tripplehorn is an American film television and theatre actress. She is a talented thespian who has been active professionally from the last 27 years. Her stage debut was in 1990 when she appeared in an off-Broadway adaptation of The Big Funk directed by John Patrick Shanley. The show was later adapted to her first television role, The Perfect Tribute. In 1992 she got her big break in the form of a secondary character in the movie Basic Instinct. In the film The Firm however that she was cast as the woman leading the film for just the first time, and this was also against famous actors such as Tom Cruise and Gene Hackman. Through the 1990s, she collaborated with some of the biggest names in the field, such as Gwyneth Paltrow in Sliding Doors Hugh Grant in Mickey Blue Eyes and Julie Andrews in Relative Values. In the past, she played Dr. Alex Blake in the internationally popular police procedural crime drama Criminal Minds.

His ethnicity is white and she is an American by birth. One could say that Lexi is a descendent of golf abilities from her father since the latter was a golfer. Lexis attended homeschooling during her high-school years. In September of 2012, she gained acceptance to Louisiana State University, where she will pursue a master's degree. Although she has probably graduated in the near future, the school it attended has yet to announce the grade she earned. The daughter of golfers Lexis was no stranger to playing the mostly masculine sports. At the young age of 12, she became the youngest qualifier to compete in the US Women's Open. Although she didn't win however, in 2007, she took home the Aldila Junior Classic and became the second. Along with being the oldest American Junior Golf Association, (AJGA) winner of the championship in the year she was born and also being the youngest participant to win Westfield Junior PGA Championship.
